Include

Vegetables
Fruits
Legumes – beans, lentils, nuts and seeds
Gluten-free grains – rice, quinoa, millet, amaranth, etc.
Cultured and fermented foods
Sea vegetables
Fish high in Omega 3 fatty acids and low in heavy metals*
Free-range chicken and turkey that has been fed organic feed*
Cold-pressed and unrefined Fats
Water, herbal and green tea

Avoid

Gluten-containing grains and flour products – wheat, rye, barley
Corn and all corn products
Alcohol, coffee (including decaf), and caffeine
